Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro to Feature AirPod-Like Stems

The anticipated Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro wireless earbuds appear to be receiving a significant overhaul from the Buds 2 Pro, which were among the best wireless earbuds on the market, if a recent leak is to be believed. Actually, this place seems a little Apple-like.

Regular tech leaker Evan Blass shared this severely pixilated picture, which appears to depict a stem-like appearance similar to Apple's AirPods. If verified, this indicates that Samsung will be eschewing the bean design used in the majority of their wireless earbuds. a style of design that was introduced in 2020.

Although the Galaxy Buds range from Samsung is simple to use and error-free, a stem design provides provide greater control over calls. The Apple AirPods' stem functions as a control pad in addition to a stabilizer.

Additionally, it implies that users' lips will be closer to the headphones' microphone, which should result in clearer calls.

We now know a little bit more about the impending earphones. According to reports, Samsung is enabling users to use AI tools linked to their Samsung phones or adding AI Galaxy capabilities to their headphones.

Real-time translation on-device, which has been teased for the S24 phone series, is one new potential function.

The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro earphones are expected to make their debut when Samsung unveils the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 foldable phones, according to several speculations. These smartphones are expected to go on sale in July, just in time for the Paris Olympics, at the next Galaxy Unpacked event.

There have been rumors that a larger battery will be included with the Buds 3 Pro. Maybe a redesign with a stem allows for more space for a bigger batteries or better audio parts.

The Buds 3 Pro are anticipated to be introduced alongside a non-Pro model, but nothing that we've seen indicates that it will also get a substantial overhaul.

One would expect that if Samsung is genuinely pursuing Apple with the makeover, it will also imitate Apple's pricing. The $229 price tag of the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro is significantly more than the $170 price tag of a pair of AirPods. Additionally, that cost was $30 higher than the Galaxy Buds Pro from the last iteration. Having said that, Buds 2 Pro frequently go on sale and are less expensive than Apple's earbuds.
